Mr. Milan Tričković, MSc, CE, was born on 28 May 1955 in Belgrade, Serbia.

He graduated from the University of Belgrade, School of Civil Engineering/Department of Hydraulic Structures in 1980, and received his master's degree in engineering rock mechanics from the  Imperial College in London, England.

From 1980 to 1996, he worked at the Energoprojekt-Hydroengineering Company in Belgrade on various hydraulic engineering projects in the former Yugoslavia and Iraq, including large gravity and arch dams, above-ground and underground hydroelectric power plants, large hydraulic tunnels and underground chambers, water treatment plants, and the like. From 1994 to 1996, he was Design Department Manager, then Manager of the Division of Structures, Geomechanics, Architecture and Construction Planning.

From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Tričković was Senior Resident Engineer for the French consulting firm Coyne and Bellier, and was assigned to the Berke 205m Arch Dam and Underground HPP Project in Turkey. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at the UN Project Services Office in Zemun, Serbia as Project Coordinator for two projects: Rehabilitation of the Oil Refineries at Pančevo and Novi Sad Damaged by Recent Bombings. As of 2004, he has been JCI's  Assistant Director General.

Areas of Expertise: Design and engineering of concrete dams, hydroelectric power plants and appurtenant structures and facilities; design and engineering of hydraulic tunnels, underground structures, and water treatment plants; project management; preparation of tender dossiers; project consulting services; construction supervision; and the development and application of engineering software.

Mr. Miodrag B. Milovanović, CE, was born on 9 January 1961 in Belgrade, Serbia.  

He graduated from the University of Belgrade, School of Civil Engineering/Hydraulic Engineering Department in 1986.  

Mr. Milovanović began his career at JCI immediately thereafter. From 1987 to 2003, he was Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Lead Researcher on various design projects for dams, reservoirs, and water management systems, and played an active role in water management planning. As of 2003, he has been the Assistant Director General at JCI.   
Mr. Milovanović is currently representing Serbia as part of water management expert groups at the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR) and the International Sava River Basin Commission (ISRBC).

As author and co-author, he has presented more than 40 scientific and technical papers in international and domestic journals and at conferences.  
Mr. Milovanović is a member of a number of scientific and professional associations, including: the Serbian Water Protection Society, the Association for Water Technology and Sanitary Engineering, and the High Dams Association of Serbia. He is also a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and holds a Chief Design Engineer’s License (no. 314 2482 03) for hydraulic structures and water supply and wastewater disposal installations.

Areas of Expertise: Water management, water sector planning, engineering of water management systems, and design of dams and reservoirs.
