Туристички центар „Копаоник“, у оквиру истоименог националног парка, представља једну од најзначајнијих туристичких дестинација Србије, па и ширег окружења, нарочито у зимским условима. Међутим, иако Копаоник од 1981. године има статус Међународног скијашког центра, пратећа инфраструктура није се у свим сегментима развијала у складу са изградњом туристичких садржаја. Активностима спроведеним на овом пројекту уложен је напор да се постојеће стање систематизује и дају смернице за јасно и адекватно решавање проблематике евакуације и пречишћавања отпадних вода са подручја ТЦ „Копаоник“.
Пројектом су обухваћена насеља: Суво Рудиште, Јарам, Лисина, Чајетина, Треска и Сребрнац, и разматрана два концепта каналисања. По првој варијанти, формирао би се заједнички систем Јарма и Сувог Рудишта, са заједничким ППОВ на локацији постојећег ППОВ на Репушким Бачијама. У оквиру ове варијанте, „викенд“ насеља Лисина, Чајетина и Треска, имала би свој аутономни систем евакуације и пречишћавања отпадних вода, са ППОВ на око 5 км низводно од садашњег ППОВ Сувог Рудишта на Репушким Бачијама. Варијанта 2 предвиђа јединствен канализациони систем за сва три локалитета (Јарам, Суво Рудиште и Лисина - Чајетина - Треска) и заједничко ППОВ на локацији постројења за назначена „викенд“ насеља из претходне варијанте. Главни колектор од постојећег ППОВ на Репушким Бачијама, до локације заједничког ППОВ са „викенд“ насељима, у дужини од око 5 км, претежно би пратио постојећу саобраћајницу од Копаоника према Рудници.
Обзиром на локалитет Сребрнца који гравитира супротно оријентисаном сливу у односу на остале разматране локалитете, предвиђено је да канализациони систем за тај локалитет и даље егзистира као самостални систем.
На основу спроведених техно-економских анализа, установљено је да су трошкови изградње канализационе мреже у Варијани 2 нешто већи, међутим, инвестициони и погонски трошкови за изградњу и одржавање постројења нижи су него у Варијанти 1, те је за даљу разраду прелиминарно усвојена Варијанта 2.
Узевши у обзир да туристички центар „Копаоник“ представља област од изузтног значаја у погледу природног добра, а самим тим и изузетно еколошки осетљиво подручје, при одабиру технологије пречишћавања један од основних критеријума била је ефикасност одређеног поступка у постизању изразито строгих захтева за квалитетом ефлуента, а самим тим и очување изворног квалитета воде реципијента. Сви потенцијални непосредни реципијенти ефлуената са будућих постројења: Велика, Мала и Циганска река, припадају првој категорији водотока (иако нису званично категорисане). Услед наведених специфичности подручја и оштрих захтева за квалитетом ефлуента, а уважавајући и карактеристике одређених поступака, као оптимална за примену и даљу разраду издвојила се Варијанта „Ц“ - Третман отпадних вода на постројењима са нискооптерећеним активним муљем са применом уређаја за мембранску филтрацију.Наручилац: ЈП Србијаводе

Tourist center "Kopaonik", the national park, is one of the most important tourist destinations in Serbia, especially during the winter. However, although Kopaonik is the international ski center since 1981, the supporting infrastructure has not developed in all aspects in accordance with the construction of tourist facilities. Activities carried out in this project emphasize the effort to systematize current conditions and provide guidance to clearly and adequately address issues of evacuation and treatment of wastewater from the area "Kopaonik".

Design Project of ‘’Petrovaradinska Ada Source Extension by Building Water Intake Near the River PDF Print E-mail

Source "Petrovaradinska ada" belongs to the group of three active wells for water supply of population and industry of the city of Novi Sad. The total amount of the affected raw water from all sources, accounts for 40% (about 400 l/s), which makes this space essential resource from the viewpoint of a stable water supply. The spring is formed on the right bank of the Danube (behind Petrovaradin) at the beginning of the eighties. In the current constellation, exploitation of groundwater is conducted with eight tube and six wells with horizontal drains, which cap aquifer  in the sandy-gravel deposit of  quaternary age.

Due to increasing consumer area and reduction in capacity of existing sources of Novi Sad, there is a deficit of drinking water during the summer. Therefore,  a solution to the possibility of expanding the existing springs and wells is considered.

For coastal areas downstream of the well BHD-8 (to the Rokov stream), General Project of ‘Extension of the source "Petrovaradinska ada" by construction of water intake along the river” was made in 2009 ( Jaroslav Černi, Belgrade). According to the results of field studies and hydrodynamic calculations, it was showed that this area can provide additional water of 100 l/ s. After a techno-economic analysis, vertical tube wells with a single capacity of 10/s were selected as water intake facilities.

The next step in the review and implementation of the technical solution  was a preliminary design and feasibility study, which developed the construction, equipping and connection of  ten tube wells (from CB-15 to CB-24). At the conceptual level, raw water from the newly wells and two existing water intake structures (BHD-7and  BHD-8) was analyzed, to the planned water treatment plant "Petrovaradinska ada", capacity 210 l/s. Conditions under which water can transported to HPP "Štrand" were also analyzed  for different modes of system operation  of transporting raw water from the source of Novi Sad.

For preliminary design, the following investigation operations were performed: building structural- piezometer well, construction of testing well (depth 24 m), the experiment of pumping was carried out (120 hours), chemical composition of groundwater was examined (analysis of "V" and "A "scale). According to the results of the hydrodynamic processing coefficients of filtration process is 2.8 x10-4 m/s, the specific yield is 3x10-3, while the hydraulic suspension to supply limit is about 70 meters. In relation to the regulations for hygienic drinking water (Službeni Glasnik SRJ 42/98 and 44/98) all samples, compared to the MDK, have an increased content of arsenic, ammonia, iron and manganese.

The project developed solutions for leveling (filling) the terrain around the water intake structures and along the corridor of access road for internal traffic, length of ~ 700m (width - 10 m), to the elevation of 78m above sea level, as well as solution for routing of pipeline and cables for energy supply. Then, technical solution presented for the construction of water intake facilities - ten vertical tube wells Ø610 mm, their hydro electric and electric equipment and way of transporting water to the HPP "Petrovaradinska ada". Since the water will be directed to HPP Petrovaradinska ADA instead of HPP "Štrand", a suggestion of characteristics of pumping unit which is to replace the existing pumps is given.

The project presented two ways of energy supply of the extended source as well as solution for the management and transmission of data. The performed analyzes have shown that the power supply can be provided with TS "PA 6" 20/0,4 kV, and that connecting substations and constructing new transformer substation "PA 7" 20/0,4 kV would generally improve the energy supply of PUC "Water and sewerage" Novi Sad. A system is designed to manage all the technology and operating parameters from the command-control center (CCC).

Feasibility study defined the scope and structure of investment for the proposed technical solution, financing conditions and gave review of economic and financial effects of investment. The estimate of investment for implementation of proposed solution is about RSD 125,374,494.66. (~ 1 090 000.00 €).
